How we handle leagues not going ahead.

Signing up for one of our leagues and having it not go ahead sucks. We kinda knew this, but the feedback we got from our 1 on 1 calls with our players in December 2023 told us that actually “This is the worst”.

The outcome: We’re changing pretty much everything about how we handle it when this happens. Starting today, we're no longer going to send you a coupon code telling you to sign up for something else that may or may not go ahead 😤

Instead we’re going to go above and beyond in helping you find a team and get playing.

First things first, we will now text you from a regular old SMS number that you can respond to. We will do this with as much notice as possible and provide you with as many options as possible to start playing. Sometimes this is simple, eg: you have signed up for Tuesday night and this isn’t happening but Monday & Thursday are and you can choose one. Sometimes this is more complicated. We will let you know options and you can just text us back with what suits you.

​We're also going to do the following:
- Place you on the priority list for any immediate start places that become available in a team (can happen at any time due to illness, injury, people moving comps due to work/family/other commitments).
- Place you on the priority list for upcoming teams and leagues that are confirmed to be starting.
- Provide you with a coupon code to play up to 3 x one off games per month FREE of charge while we find you a permanent team and home (worth $48 per month - We will text this code to you whenever we don’t have an immediate confirmed option for you to swap to).
- Provide you with the option to text us anytime with requests, questions, anything else. We're around approximately 10am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm - 6pm Friday and Sunday (closed Saturday - Times listed in AEDT). But we're sometimes working longer and later, so just text us whenever and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our number is: 0483951870

If at any time you aren't happy with our efforts or just want a refund for your original registration *just because* you can send us a message and we will process this. We know you signed up because you want to play, and we want you to play... so we're going to do everything in our power to get you back in the game.
